Romelu Lukaku says he has plans to depart Everton for a club the calibre of his former side Chelsea.
Lukaku, 21, spent three years at Stamford Bridge but struggled to make an impact, being shipped out on season-long loans to both West Bromwich Albion and Everton.
After impressing during his temporary stay with the Toffees last term, the Merseyside club was persuaded to part with a club-record fee of 28 million pounds for the Belgium international in the summer.
However, the striker, who featured in his side's 1-0 loss at Chelsea on Wednesday, says he is already thinking about life after Goodison Park.
"It was brilliant to play at Chelsea and I had a good reception," he is quoted as saying by The Sun.
"They know I'm a good player but that I want to develop so I can eventually get back to playing for a club like Chelsea.
"I don't have a secret ambition to rejoin -- there are other clubs in the world. I just want to grow as a player and eventually arrive at a top club again."
