Real Madrid centre-back Sergio Ramos is the latest player to withdraw from the Spain squad.

Sergio Ramos will miss Spain's last two European Championship qualifiers because of an injured shoulder.

The Spanish national team has said Ramos will be replaced by Real Madrid teammate Nacho Fernandez for the upcoming matches against Luxembourg and Ukraine.

Germany manager Joachim Low believes Ilkay Gundogan will become increasingly important for Germany between now and the 2018 World Cup.

Bayern Munich and Germany star Thomas Muller is so effective because it is impossible for opponents to predict what he will do next, according to Borussia Dortmund's Ilkay Gundogan.
