Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane on bench for start of Liverpool-Chelsea
LIVERPOOL -- Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino have been left out of Liverpool's starting XI for Saturday's game against Chelsea.
Mane and Firmino both played the entirety of the midweek draw at Sevilla, but are on the bench for the Anfield encounter with Antonio Conte's side.
This will be the first game Mane has not started since returning from a hamstring injury earlier this month.
Liverpool frontline trio is set to consist of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Mohamed Salah and Daniel Sturridge.
Meanwhile, Joel Matip makes a comeback from the muscle strain that forced him to miss the recent matches with Southampton and Sevilla by replacing the injured Dejan Lovren at centre-back.
In total, Jurgen Klopp has made five changes from Tuesday night, with Emre Can also sidelined with a knock.
Full Liverpool XI: Simon Mignolet, Joe Gomez, Matip, Ragnar Klavan, Alberto Moreno, Jordan Henderson, James Milner, Philippe Coutinho, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Salah, Sturridge.
