Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri and Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero have won the Premier League manager and player awards for April respectively. Ranieri led his side to three wins and a draw to set Leicester on their way to a famous Premier League title triumph. The Foxes beat Southampton 1-0 at home, won 2-0 at Sunderland and salvaged a late 2-2 draw against West Ham before thumping Swansea 4-0. Aguero, meanwhile, scored seven goals in five top-flight appearances for City, including a hat trick against Chelsea, to boost their hopes of finishing in the top four. The Argentina international, whose side are in fourth place going into the final day of the season, has now won the monthly prize four times.
