Why Nathaniel Clyne makes the list
One of the most talked-about English players in the Premier League over the past few months will likely remain in the news over the summer. After all, Clyne's future at Southampton is very much a subject of speculation.
Clyne's progression to full England international status has served to raise his profile further during a season that started on a high when he scored against Liverpool at Anfield and progressed in the months that followed. The right-back has yet to prove himself on a Champions League stage, but he has outlined his desire to perform in Europe's elite competition as soon as possible. That means speculation about the next step in his career will be ongoing.
Manchester United are among the clubs tracking Clyne, and the future of this talented performer will be one of the big talking points ahead of next season.
