Manchester United fans the Premier League's loudest, says study

Manchester United's Old Trafford leads the way in terms of noise made by fans, according to a new study by Press Association Sport.

Over the past fortnight, the news service has been using the 'Sound Meter' smartphone app to provide a rough guide to which fans in the Premier League are the loudest.

Below, in decibels, is a list of the results, with a combined total for each side -- having played home and away once -- and a list of the loudest grounds.
