Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has capped a fine season by being named the PFA Young Player of the Year.
Hazard, 23, topped the vote of his fellow professionals ahead of second placed Daniel Sturridge of Liverpool, with Southampton's Luke Shaw in third.
The Belgium international, signed from Lille in the summer of 2012, has scored 13 goals and provided seven assists this season for a Chelsea side which sits second in the Premier League table and is in the semifinals of the Champions League.
