Jose Mourinho is hoping to end Chelsea's poor run away from home at Swansea City on Sunday -- but is expecting a tough test at the Liberty Stadium.

Chelsea have not won at the Swans since they were promoted to the Premier League in 2011, drawing both Premier League trips 1-1 and also being held to a 0-0 draw in the semi-finals of the League Cup last season. And the Blues have only twice won at Swansea in their history, in second division meetings in 1928 and 1983.
But Mourinho is confident his players will step up and meet the challenge in Wales after three consecutive defeats on the road.
He said: "They are a good team, they play good football. Especially at Swansea it is never easy and Chelsea knows that better than other teams.
"They still need the three points, they are not in big danger like other teams but they still need a couple of points to stay in the Premier League and of course they will try to get points out of this game."
Eden Hazard is out with a calf injury, although Nemanja Matic, Ramires and Mohamed Salah are back after being unavailable for the 2-0 Champions League victory over Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday. Demba Ba could be rewarded for his goalscoring heroics in Europe with only this third Premier League start - and fourth in all competitions - under Mourinho.
"People are working well and hard. The ones that are not playing so regular, all of them are being good professionals to try to be ready," Mourinho added. "You could see Demba as an example as a player who doesn't play a lot and was ready to try to respond. All of them, they were ready. They are a good group, they are good friends, they have a good relationship.
"I think when one of them goes onto the pitch he goes to help the other players."
