Who is better: Morata or Costa?

Chelsea confirm signing of Madrid's Morata

Moyes determined to 'fix' United

David Moyes is adamant he will succeed at Manchester United and has vowed to "fix it" and "turn around" the troubled champions.

David Moyes was criticised for his failure to sign big-name players in the transfer window.
Moyes received a much needed reprieve as United defeated Liverpool on Wednesday.

United have made their worst start to a league season for nine years and have lost to rivals Liverpool and Manchester City in Moyes' first five league games.

Brewin: Three things

But the Scot's side beat Liverpool 1-0 in the Capital One Cup and Moyes voiced his confidence that he will succeed at Old Trafford.

He said: "It is not frustrating because I will sort it. I will fix it. I will turn it around. I have got no doubt about that. We know we have to improve. I am still getting to know them. They are really good team, they won the Premier League last year, but we need to make sure we improve."

Moyes, who had also drawn with Chelsea, was pleased to record a first win against one of the major English clubs at the fourth attempt, three days after the derby defeat to City.

"There certainly was (some relief) as it was a big day for us," he added. "We lost at Anfield a few weeks ago, we had lost at the Etihad last week, so we wanted to put that right.

"What was important that the whole club showed we were hurt by the game on Sunday. We did not perform to our levels. But they have gone out and the players have done a great job to get us a big result. I am really pleased with them."

Moyes also revealed that midfielder Tom Cleverley is the latest addition to United's injury list after he missed the Liverpool match.

"We had lost Tom Cleverley with an injury in training," he said.
