Harry Kane is ready to be called upon when needed by Roy Hodgson as England prepare to face Iceland on Monday.
The Tottenham Hotspur striker started England's first two games in the tournament -- being substituted at half-time against Wales -- before coming off the bench in the final Group B game against Slovakia.
But he has no problem with Hodgson's use of his squad as England look towards their round-of-16 tie.
He said: "I think it's part of the tournament, we have a great squad of players and use everyone in it in the right way -- I think not many teams will play the starting XI throughout the whole tournament.
"As players we need to be ready when called upon -- and I think we are -- anyone who steps in or out is focused on the team. If it changes then we are ready for that and go out there for the win."
Kane played a major role in Tottenham's challenge against Leicester for the Premier League title and reached the Round-of-16 in the Europa League, but insisted he had plenty left in the tank for England.
"I'm not tired, I've had it before last year when it was the under-21s to the Euros, people said the same thing," he said.
"I'm 100 percent fresh. I feel sharp, I feel ready and if called upon I will be out there giving 110 percent.
"We want to progress, now is a better time than ever. We have to make sure we are focused and ready to go, hopefully maybe with a bit of luck and a bit of fortune we will win the game comfortably."
The 22-year-old also believes that England can take their chances against Iceland on Monday evening and progress further in the competition.
"We've not scored as many goals as we should have. We've had a lot of chances that we probably should have done better with. It's part of the game, not every game we're not going to find the back of the net three or four times.
"We've been patient, I think we have been the better team against every team we've played and now we are in knockout stages, it is about putting them goals in, scoring as many as we can and keeping them clean sheets as well.
"We have done what needed to do, we have got through the group stage and now we can look forward to the game ahead.
"We want to beat Iceland and progress to the quarterfinals and see who we get from there. We fancy ourselves against anyone and we're confident in our ability."
Kane believes that England are good enough to win the European Championship in France, but is wary of the threat that Iceland can bring -- particularly in defence.
"We are not far away," he added. "I think we played well in the all the games; there's still stuff we can improve on with finishing one of them. We have to try and rectify that and do the best we can.
"I think we are one of the best teams in the tournament. We are confident and do not fear anyone.
"I think every team in the Euros is a good, solid team with a good base that can defend and make it difficult for teams like us and some of the other top teams in the tournament.
"You see it a club level as well, there's teams that can put in good performances and can make it difficult for the big clubs," he said.
"We have to be focused on that and I think the better you are, the more teams are going to drop off and make it hard for you. We're 100 percent confident that we can progress if we play the way we know we can."
