West Bromwich Albion have made their pre-season friendly against Athletic Bilbao at the Hawthorns on August 1 a memorial match for Ronnie Allen, who managed both sides.
Allen died last month at the age of 72 following a long illness.
Former England international striker Allen had two spells in charge of Albion after an 11 year playing career with the club between 1950 and 1961.
He also led Bilbao to success in the Spanish Cup in 1969.
Albion will hand over their percentage of the gate receipts to the Alzheimer's Disease Society.
