England women eased to a 10-0 win in their World Cup qualifier over Luxembourg on Tuesday as boss Sarina Wiegman continued her perfect start in the job.
Wiegman, who signed a four-year contract in August 2020, took charge of her first game last week as England cruised to an 8-0 victory over North Macedonia and are yet to concede as they top Group B on six points.
Striker Ellen White opened the scoring at the Luxembourg National Stadium on 12 minutes after she connected with Manchester City teammate Lauren Hemp's cross. White doubled the side's lead five minutes later with a strike from inside the box. Goals from winger Nikita Parris and defender Alex Greenwood gave the team a 4-0 lead at half-time.

Greenwood added her second of the night shortly after the break. An own goal from Luxembourg defender Jessica Berscheid and a header from centre-back Millie Bright extended England to a 7-0 lead as the game drew to a close before stoppage-time goals from Bright, Rachael Daly and Bethany England capped an emphatic 10-0 victory.
Luxembourg failed to manage a shot or corner during the match, while England enjoyed 32 attempts on goal.
"I feel like the curse has been lifted. My first and second goal for England, so ecstatic," Bright said after the match. "I felt like we pushed on from the previous side, we are eager to win.
"We are on a new journey under Sarina and we've implemented new things already."
