Lyon clinched the 2019 Emirates Cup with a 2-1 victory over Arsenal thanks to two goals from Moussa Dembele, with Gunners' striker Alexandre Lacazette forced to hobble off injured.

LONDON -- Steven N'Zonzi's curling long-range strike handed Sevilla a 2-1 win over Arsenal at the Emirates Cup on Sunday, taking the shine off Alexandre Lacazette's first home goal for the Gunners.

N'Zonzi met a throw-in a few yards outside the area in the 69th minute and almost nonchalantly curled in a left-footed shot that went past the outstretched Petr Cech and inside the far post.

LONDON -- Theo Walcott scored two goals and created a third as Arsenal began the Emirates Cup with an entertaining 5-2 win over Benfica on Saturday.

The Gunners went behind to an early goal from Franco Cervi, but Walcott put them in front by volleying home a cross from new signing Sead Kolasinac in the 24th minute and then scoring into an open net in the 33rd.
