A stadium physician found that the doctor's tongue had blocked his airway. The doctor, who also had bruising on his left ear and face, was treated in the hospital and released.

Allan has yet to make a senior appearance for Liverpool and has also had loan clubs with Finnish side SJK and Sint-Truiden in...

Tommy Oar set for €350,000 move to Cypriot club APOEL FC

Brisbane Roar's Tommy Oar
Tommy Oar has made 53 appearances over two stints with the Brisbane Roar, scoring three goals.

Tommy Oar is set for a return to Europe after Brisbane Roar agreed to sell the former Socceroo to Cypriot club APOEL FC.

Cyprus FA imposes harsh match-fixing penalties

NICOSIA, Cyprus -- The Cypriot football association followed through with a pledge to impose harsh penalties on any clubs suspected of match-fixing after UEFA ranked the country's league to be among the worst offenders in Europe.
