The Copa America Centenario celebrates the 100th anniversary of the 1916 South American Championship of Nations held in Argentina. Only four teams took part in that competition -- Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Chile -- the same teams that head into this year's tournament as the top four title favorites, according to ESPN's Soccer Power Index (SPI).
