Uruguay international Luis Suarez' participation in the Copa America Centenario is in doubt after the Barcelona striker left the Copa del Rey final with a muscle injury and in tears on Sunday.
Suarez, 29, is expected to undergo tests on Monday to find out the extent of the right leg injury that forced him to limp off the pitch in the second half of the game against Sevilla at the Estadio Vicente Calderon in Madrid.
He was seen celebrating with the rest of his teammates after Barcelona won 2-0 in extra time to secure their second straight Copa title but walked gingerly and at times still looked in pain.
Barca coach Luis Enrique told the postmatch news conference: "Suarez is injured, unfortunately. It is a muscle problem. We are not able to say how bad it is yet."
Cameras showed the striker crying on the bench after being substituted, with his teammates comforting him, but Suarez showed optimism on Twitter.
"Now we wait for the tests tomorrow," he said. "I hope it's nothing so I can be with my national team next week. Thanks for the support."

The striker suffered the injury while trying to reach the ball inside the area early in the second half. He over-extended and immediately felt a strain on the back of his right leg.
Uruguay's first Copa America game is on June 5 against Mexico. The 100th anniversary edition of the tournament will be held in the United States, the first edition staged outside South America.
Suarez had also been injured in the build-up to the 2014 World Cup but was able to play in the group stage despite undergoing knee surgery in the weeks before. In the final group game against Italy, he bit opponent Giorgio Chiellini, resulting in an international suspension that only expired in March this year.
Suarez, who scored 14 goals in his last five matches for Barca, finished the season with 59 in all competitions and was the top scorer in La Liga with 40, five more than Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo.
