Exeter are now without a win in seven games after playing out a 0-0 draw with York.

In a game of few chances, a draw was a fair result with Wes Fletcher going closest to winning the game for York and Stephane Zubar kicking Exeter's best chance off the line.

An even first half saw Bobby Olejnik make a fine double save to deny Exeter duo Liam Sercombe and Clinton Morrison before Alex Nicholls' low, goalbound 12-yard drive was cleared away by Zubar.

Fletcher, meanwhile, saw his eight-yard effort saved...

Goals at the start of each half from Chris Hackett and Brendon Moloney put Northampton on their way to a 3-0 victory over York.

Northampton made a bright start with Ryan Cresswell heading over before they broke the deadlock in the fourth when Hackett found space in the box to beat Bobby Olejnik.

Marc Richards saw a header saved by Olejnik while Moloney and Lawson D'Ath had efforts blocked as Cobblers continued to carve out openings. D'Ath also had another effort saved by Olejnik.

Two goals from Wes Fletcher earned Sky Bet League Two strugglers York three valuable points against fellow basement dwellers Tranmere, who they beat 2-0.

Fletcher scored from close range in the first half and from 18 yards after the break against a Tranmere side who did not have a meaningful effort on target.

York captain Russell Penn saw his shot from the edge of the area blocked as the home side started to get on top after an even opening period.

Substitute Mark Cullen scored twice as Luton came back from 2-0 down to earn a 2-2 draw in a breathless encounter against York.

Both sides were reduced to 10 men in the second period though, with Jake Hyde and Steve McNulty shown straight reds.

The hosts came closest in a poor opening, with Ryan Hall and Jayden Stockley off target.

Town then missed two wonderful chances as Nathan Oduwa teed up Drury just six yards out and he skied woefully over.

Jake Howells then crossed for Stockley, who could only...

Evergreen striker Jamie Cureton bagged a brace as Dagenham won 2-0 at fellow strugglers York.

The 39-year-old former Norwich and Bristol Rovers forward produced stylish finishes in both halves to leave York still searching for their first win in 2015.

Cureton netted in the 19th minute after he rode a challenge from Keith Lowe having raced on to a Billy Bingham pass through the left channel.

He then curled a confident shot into Bobby Olejnik's bottom right-hand corner from 10 yards and only an excellent...
