Steven Lustica
Steven Lustica made 22 appearances for Brisbane last season, scoring one goal.

Steven Lustica has found a fourth A-League home, signing for the Western Sydney Wanderers on a two-year deal.

The talented 25-year-old was released by Brisbane Roar at the end of the 2015-16 season and will help fill the midfield hole at the Wanderers left by departing Spaniard Andreu.

"It didn't take a lot of convincing to see what's happening at the Wanderers with the set-up there, the club is growing every year and it's something that I wanted to be a part of," Lustica said.

Mitch Nichols celebrates after Western Sydney's dramatic semifinal win over Brisbane.

Western Sydney Wanderers playmaker Mitch Nichols has been fined AU$1,000 for his offensive gesture towards Brisbane fans following last month's thrilling A-League semifinal win over the Roar.

Football Federation Australia (FFA) cited Nichols after the former long-serving Brisbane player ran 50 metres at Pirtek Stadium to deliver the offensive gesture and blow kisses towards the Brisbane fans.

Despite the Roar filing a formal complaint, Nichols remained free to play in the Grand Final against Adelaide...

Liam Reddy departs Western Sydney Wanderers

Liam Reddy
Liam Reddy spent five months at Pirtek Stadium, making six appearances.

Western Sydney have parted ways with mid-season A-League signing Liam Reddy following the conclusion of his contract.

The 34-year-old goalkeeper joined the Wanderers in December after spending nearly two months in isolation while seeking a move away from Central Coast.

Reddy was briefly elevated to first-choice between the posts and made six appearances, including two clean sheets, before he was dropped in place of Andrew Redmayne for the club's finals campaign.

Adelaide United has claimed its first A-League title with a 3-1 victory over the Western Sydney Wanderers in the Grand Final.

Rob Brooks casts his eye over the best and worst of the 2015-16 A-League season.

Grade: A+
Regular season finish: First
Top goal-scorer: Bruce Djite (11)
Player of the season: Isaias. The Spaniard blended dogged defence with expert distribution, and scored from a sublime free kick in the Grand Final.
Overall: The Reds collected the premiership/championship double on the back of an astonishing run which saw them lose just one of their last 21 matches. That did not seem likely after...
