After the heartbreaking death of 6-year-old Sunderland super fan Bradley Lowery, the entire football community is coming together to share their sympathies with Lowery's family.

His family posted the tragic news on social media on Friday, writing that Lowery had passed after his heroic battle with neuroblastoma, a rare type of cancer.

The news was devastating to the football world, where Bradley found a place in the hearts of fans, players and teams across Britain and around the world. English teams shared their condolences and love for the 6-year-old on social media.
