Port Vale 4-1 Salisbury City

Vale to stick with Johnson

Sam Johnson will remain in goal for Port Vale when the League One side host Salisbury in the FA Cup.

Johnson kept a clean sheet on his league debut for the club against Walsall last Saturday as he replaced the injured Chris Neal. First-choice goalkeeper Neal suffered a wrist injury in training the day before the game at the Banks's Stadium and could be out for around a month.

And just five minutes later Salisbury doubled their lead, this time Fitchett turning provider as he pulled an...

Whites struggling for numbers

Salisbury will run the rule over a host of players ahead of the FA Cup clash with Dartford.

Callum Hart could return after a knee injury and Luke Riddick's hamstring will be checked over.

Ryan Brett, Jamie White and Rob Sinclair are also on the comeback trail after injury lay-offs but Miles Storey's loan from Swindon has ended.

However, boss Mikey Harris is unlikely to make too many changes after a thumping 4-1 win over Hereford last time out.

Dartford will be without skipper Elliot Bradbrook and strikers...
