Inverness do not have the right to be complacent against Raith Rovers in Saturday's William Hill Scottish Cup quarter-final tie, according to Caley boss John Hughes.

The home side, sitting third in the Scottish Premiership, are expected to see off their Championship opponents.

However, Hughes noted that the Kirkcaldy men went to Ibrox last month and beat Rangers 2-1 in the last round of the cup while his side came up short at the same venue when they went down 1-0 in the League Cup clash last September.

Livingston saw their hopes of evading relegation severely dented after they were beaten 2-0 by Raith at the Energy Assets Arena.

Striker Ibra Sekajja had a great chance for the hosts early on after he pounced on Rory McKeown's weak clearance but he could only fire straight at goalkeeper David McGurn.

Rovers took the lead in the 15th minute when midfielder Ross Callachan powered a brilliant 25-yard strike into the bottom corner.

Lewis Vaughan made it two six minutes later when he dispatched Barrie McKay's...

Rangers ensured they did not suffer the ignominy of losing four matches on the bounce for the first time in 30 years as they grabbed a 2-1 Scottish Championship win over Raith Rovers in Kirkcaldy.

Andrew Murdoch rocketed the Ibrox men ahead 10 minutes from half-time before Kris Boyd found the net for the first time since November just after the break.

Ryan Conroy gave Rovers a lifeline with 20 minutes left but Rangers saw out their first win since January 10.

The Fife side had stunned the Ibrox men...

Ross Callachan rescued a point for Raith with an injury-time equaliser as they drew 2-2 at home to Falkirk to extend their unbeaten run to six games.

In a first half dominated by the visitors, David McCracken headed wide before Raith's Mark Stewart forced Jamie MacDonald into a save.

Falkirk were awarded a penalty in the 23rd minute when Rory Loy was brought down and John Baird made no mistake, powering the penalty into the bottom corner against his former club.

Raith Rovers piled more misery on Rangers as Christian Nade scrambled home a William Hill Scottish Cup winner at Ibrox.

The former Hearts striker secured a 2-1 fifth-round victory, to emulate his club's 2014 Ramsdens Cup final triumph over Rangers, after Steve Simonsen and Richard Foster failed to deal with Jason Thomson's driven cross.

Raith also took the lead in the 54th minute when former Celtic player Ryan Conroy curled home a free-kick but on-loan Newcastle player Haris Vuckic levelled with a...
