Yeovil boss Gary Johnson could shuffle his pack as he prepares to welcome former club Peterborough to Huish Park.

Johnson, who was in charge of Posh for just 33 matches, watched his side earn a 1-1 draw against Crewe on Tuesday after a triple substitution and Kieffer Moore, Nathan Ralph and Seth Twumasi will all hope to have done enough to earn starts.

Posh's visit looks to have come too soon for Yeovil's string of injured players. James Hayter, James Berrett, Liam Davis, Brendan Moloney and Simon...

Cody McDonald's 50th goal for Gillingham helped earn the hosts a 2-1 victory against high-flying Peterborough.

McDonald gave the Gills the lead with his third goal of the campaign, as he rose well to head home from Jake Hessenthaler's pin-point delivery after 26 minutes.

The striker almost doubled his side's advantage shortly afterwards when he volleyed narrowly wide following a mix-up between Posh goalkeeper Ben Alnwick and defender Christian Burgess.

A fluke goal from Jon Taylor levelled the game...

Peterborough were knocked off the top of League One after being held to a 0-0 draw by Notts County at London Road.

Both sides were guilty of missing glorious chances in a match which steadily came to the boil.

The visitors had the better opportunities before the break as Jake Cassidy side-footed wide after Liam Noble had laid the ball into his path, before Reece Brown's blast was well blocked by defender Christian Burgess.

But high-flying Posh upped the ante after in the interval. Recent recruit Marcus...

Peterborough breezed past Port Vale with a 3-1 victory to consolidate their position at the top of Sky Bet League One.

Posh took their tally to 12 goals in six games and moved four points clear of third-placed Fleetwood in the home triumph.

New recruit Marcus Maddison continued an explosive start to his Posh career with a glorious opening goal. The former Gateshead wideman volleyed past Vale keeper Chris Neal on the half-hour - his second goal in as many appearances since becoming the London Road club's...

Two goals from Chris Dagnall helped Leyton Orient knock holders Peterborough out of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy following a 3-2 win at London Road.

Dagnall scored early in both halves with Marcus Maddison equalising in between.

Bradley Pritchard's clever flick on the hour sealed the win for Orient, who played over 20 minutes with 10 men when Romain Vincelot was sent off, before Posh debutant Luke James scored a late consolation.

Orient took the lead in the fourth minute when Lloyd James' free-kick...
