Paris Saint-Germain miss Zlatan Ibrahimovic - Jerome Rothen

Zlatan Ibrahimovic v Caen
Zlatan Ibrahimovic left Paris Saint-Germain in the summer after his contract expired.

Ex-Paris Saint-Germain player Jerome Rothen has told RMC Sport that the French champions miss former talisman Zlatan Ibrahimovic because he "made the difference alone in complicated matches."

Les Parisiens' stuttering start to the Ligue 1 season continued on Friday with a surprise 2-0 loss away at Toulouse, and coach Unai Emery, who arrived in the summer, already finds himself under pressure from the French media.

Rothen, who was at PSG from 2004 to 2010, says people are "used to a team that dominates...

Paris Saint-Germain not happy after Toulouse loss - Patrick Kluivert

Edinson Cavani's first-half attempt on goal was denied by Toulouse from point-blank range.
PSG were well-beaten at Toulouse on Friday night.

Paris Saint-Germain director of football Patrick Kluivert has admitted the French champions are not happy after their surprise 2-0 defeat away at Toulouse in Ligue 1 on Friday, and that the players' reaction is "quite normal."

The former Netherlands international saw Unai Emery's men go down to a Yann Bodiger penalty and a Jimmy Durmaz finish after mistake from substitute Thiago Motta. The 40-year-old lamented a sloppy display from Les Parisiens.

"We lost the ball a lot and many players were unable...

PSG's Hatem Ben Arfa hints at improved attitude in Instagram post

PSG's Thiago Motta has said the club want the Hatem Ben Arfa of last year back, when the winger played brilliantly for Nice.
Ahead of PSG's match with Toulouse, manager Unai Emery spoke on his desire to win Ligue 1 and Marco Verratti's injury.

Paris Saint-Germain's Hatem Ben Arfa has taken to social media, seemingly to respond to coach Unai Emery's recent decisions to leave him out of the French champions' squad.

The France international posted on Instagram a clip from the 1982 film "An Officer and a Gentleman" of Richard Gere's character, Zack Mayo, being forced to do pushups by Louis Gossett Junior's Sergeant Emil Foley with a "determined" message.

"Paris was not built in a day," Ben Arfa said in his post. "Determined. #ChallengeAccepted."

Paris Saint-Germain's Blaise Matuidi doesn't regret missing out on Juventus

Ahead of PSG's match with Toulouse, manager Unai Emery spoke on his desire to win Ligue 1 and Marco Verratti's injury.

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi has "no regrets" after seeing a move to Juventus fall through.

Matuidi, 29, was linked with a summer switch to Juve but ultimately remained in the French capital after the Ligue 1 champions refused to sell one of their longest-serving players.

Matuidi's agent Mino Raiola claimed his client was "very disappointed" by PSG's stance, but the France international said earlier this month he is "not unhappy" to have stayed in Paris and has now stated he is...
