Keisuke Honda joins Mexican club Pachuca after AC Milan exit

Keisuke Honda was a free agent after leaving AC Milan.

Japan international Keisuke Honda has signed for Liga MX club Pachuca in a surprise move.

Honda, 31, had been a free agent after parting ways with AC Milan at the end of last season and had recently been training with Orange County SC amid links to Major League Soccer clubs.

However, Pachuca announced that they had signed the winger on Friday and Honda himself tweeted in Spanish: "I've just signed for Pachuca. I hope to see the fans soon."

Hirving Lozano gets leave from Mexico duty to move to PSV Eindhoven

Herculez Gomez believes Hirving Lozano's move from Pachuca to PSV will elevate the winger to the next level.

Mexico winger Hirving Lozano has temporarily left the team at the Confederations Cup in Russia to sign a contract with Dutch club PSV Eindhoven.

Coach Juan Carlos Osorio confirmed that Lozano had not travelled to Sochi with the rest of El Tri but would return on Tuesday, one day before Mexico's second game against New Zealand.

PSV said later on Monday that Lozano had agreed a six-year contract, with the 21-year-old's move from Pachuca set to be completed.

Pachuca and Mexico winger Hirving Lozano has been linked with a move to Manchester City.

MEXICO CITY -- Mexico and Pachuca winger Hirving Lozano will reportedly be signing for Manchester City and then loaned to PSV for the next two seasons, although the 21-year-old is unaware of the transfer.

"Chucky" Lozano scored Mexico's second in El Tri's 3-0 victory over Honduras on Thursday and said afterward that all the questions about Manchester City buying him had come as a surprise.

Pachuca winger Hirving Lozano set to join Celta Vigo - reports

Pachuca admit it will be hard to retain Chucky Lozano.

Pachuca are resigned to letting Mexico international winger Hirving "Chucky" Lozano leave the club this summer, with reports from Spain suggesting a deal with Celta Vigo is already done.

Spanish outlet AS reported that Lozano will join Celta after June's Confederations Cup and will pay $14 million for 80 percent of the 21-year-old's rights, with Pachuca retaining the other 20 percent.
