Michael Mancienne could be back in the Nottingham Forest squad for their final home game of the season against Wolves.

The defender has missed the last five matches because of an ankle injury but he returned to training on Thursday and may be available against one of his former loan clubs.

However, forward Jamie Ward (hamstring) and midfielder David Vaughan will remain out while Kelvin Wilson's back problem is likely to see him stay on the sidelines.

After making his long-awaited return from a serious...

Two goals from Henri Lansbury and one from Robert Tesche earned Nottingham Forest a 3-1 win at Fulham in the Sky Bet Championship at Craven Cottage on Saturday.

The two struggling sides started the clash on equal points, but a number of unforced errors in the first half cost the home side.

Fulham came back fighting in the second, but, after getting a goal back through substitute Matt Smith, they could not find an equaliser and Lansbury grabbed his second of the afternoon to secure the three points.

Danny Graham denied Nottingham Forest caretaker boss Paul Williams his first victory in charge as their winless run stretched to eight games in a 1-1 draw with Blackburn.

Forest had taken a 15th-minute lead through Dexter Blackstock's fourth goal of the season, but Graham replied seven minutes later.

The home faithful were cheered by the sight of a 10-minute cameo from the returning Britt Assombalonga - his first outing in 14 months - but they left largely frustrated once more as their lack of a cutting...

Rotherham and Nottingham Forest edged closer to Sky Bet Championship safety following a 0-0 draw at New York Stadium.

The teams, at either end of the form table but on the same points, both had chances to win the game but it ended with a point for each and left Rotherham unbeaten in nine and stopped Forest's losing streak of four games.

Rotherham had the first effort on goal and should have taken the lead but Richard Wood headed over from close range from a perfect Greg Halford delivery.

Steve Sidwell, left, found a late winner for Brighton at Nottingham Forest on Monday night.

Steve Sidwell's injury-time goal snatched a 2-1 victory for Brighton just as Nottingham Forest were threatening to put a dent in their promotion push.

Dexter Blackstock cancelled out Lewis Dunk's 27th-minute header with one of his own five minutes into the second half and Forest looked the more likely to snatch all three points.

But after both sides spurned good opportunities it was Brighton who finally took one, as Sidwell -- only on the pitch for six minutes -- swept home the winner in the 91st...
