Nacional sign Enugu Rangers' Christian Madu

CD Nacional have signed midfielder Christian Madu from Enugu Rangers, the Portuguese club have confirmed.

The 25-year-old has joined the Madeira-based outfit on a four-year deal according to a statement on the club's website.

He joins a considerable African contingent at the Estadio da Madeira, with Mozambique's Witi, Okacha Hamzaoui of Algeria and Cameroonian goalkeeper Ohoulo Fremlin having turned out for the club recently.

Nacional have apologised after some of their supporters were filmed making airplane gestures towards Chapecoense during a Copa Libertadores match on Wednesday.

FC Dallas signs striker Cristian Colman as young designated player

Cristian Colman has moved to MLS with FC Dallas.

FC Dallas signed Paraguayan forward Cristian Colman to a young designated player contract on Thursday.

The 22-year-old joins the MLS club from Nacional, where he has scored 18 goals in 65 games since 2015.

Terms of the transfer were not disclosed. reported earlier this month that Dallas paid the Paraguay club a $2 million fee to acquire Colman amid offers from such high-profile clubs as Mexico's Leon, Argentina's Lanus and Brazil's Sao Paulo and Gremio.
