David McKenna scored twice as East Stirling claimed an impressive 4-0 win against Montrose.

McKenna opened the scoring when he prodded home from a corner and the home side doubled their advantage when a mis-hit shot from McKenna fell perfectly into the path of Luke Donnelly and he fired home.

Max Wright made it three as he slammed the ball into the top corner from six yards after more good work from McKenna.

And East Stirling's man of the match wrapped up the points with a low drive from William Vidler's...

Annan striker Peter Weatherson's hot run of form continued as his brace earned a dramatic 2-2 draw against Montrose.

Weatherson scored his sixth goal in four games with a stoppage-time penalty to snatch a point for the home team.

Montrose had taken the lead in the 11th minute when Danny Cavanagh's flick reached Stephen Day, who made no mistake in finding the corner of the net.

The lead didn't last long and the dangerous Weatherson nodded home after being found at the back post by Steven Logan.

Clyde bounced back strongly from their bruising cup loss to Spartans with a commanding 3-0 victory against Montrose at Links Park.

The result lifted the Bully Wee above their opponents into the play-off places, and they took just 30 seconds to establish a lead they never looked like relinquishing.

Andy Gibson floated a free-kick into the box and Scott Ferguson powered in a header to give Clyde the ideal start.

Ferguson turned provider midway through the first half, as Euan Murray latched on to his incisive...

Arbroath goalkeeper David Crawford scored a free-kick as they thrashed 10-man Montrose 5-1 in Scottish League Two.

The visitors took the lead after 17 minutes when striker Simon Murray finished from close range after being teed up by Robert Linn.

Dylan Carreiro made it two for Arbroath from close range on 52 minutes before Garry Wood handed Montrose a lifeline when he converted from the penalty spot six minutes later.

Their comeback never materialised as Crawford's seemingly innocuous free-kick in his...

Chris Duggan scored his first goal of the season as Queen's Park recorded a comfortable 2-0 victory over 10-man Montrose.

The game sprang into life in the second minute when Montrose goalkeeper Stuart McKenzie saw red for fouling Duggan in the box.

Substitute Lucas Birnstingl's first job was to pick the ball out of the net after Duggan made no mistake from the spot.

The hosts doubled their lead on the brink of half time when David MacGregor bundled in from close range after good work from Darren Miller.
