TOP STORY: Ronaldo back to Manchester United?

Well it wasn't Cristiano Ronaldo's day on the pitch as he failed to score as Real Madrid beat Liverpool in the Champions League final 3-1 with a brace from Gareth Bale, but the Portuguese still claimed the headlines afterwards.

In a bizarre postmatch interview, the No. 7 claimed: "In the coming days you will...

Timothy Fosu-Mensah wants Man United spot, will get chance on summer tour

ESPN FC's Man United expert Mark Ogden discusses the likelihood that Toby Alderweireld, Fred and Alex Sandro move to Old Trafford this summer.

Timothy Fosu-Mensah is targeting first-team football at Manchester United after a successful loan spell with Crystal Palace.

Fosu-Mensah, 20, spent the season at Selhurst Park, playing 24 games including 21 in the Premier League. His form earned a first call up to the Netherlands team, where he won three caps last season.

Mexico's Javier Hernandez 'the perfect center-forward' at Manchester United - Ryan Giggs

Progressing from the last six World Cup group stages, Mexico have no issues starting the tournament well, but can they progress in the knockout stages in Russia?
After Mexico's preliminary World Cup roster was announced, Herc Gomez talks about which players he wouldn't take to Russia.

LOS ANGELES -- Wales manager Ryan Giggs will be wary of former Manchester United teammate Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez when his side face Mexico in a friendly on Monday in the Rose Bowl.

"He's a very good player, he was a great teammate for someone who liked to make goals like myself," said Giggs ahead of Wales training on Saturday. "He was the perfect center-forward because he was always in goal-scoring positions. And [he was] a great character to have in the squad.

"It helped that he spoke English,...

Defender Joe Riley has left Manchester United to join League One side Bradford City on a two-year contract.

The 21-year-old right-back, who captained United's under-23s last season, made two first-team appearances for the Premier League club.

"Manchester United has been my home, my family for the last 15 years," Riley wrote on Twitter. "It is every boy's dream to play for this club and I can proudly say I have achieved this.

"I have so many unforgettable memories and experiences that I'll forever...

Man United need to think long and hard before casting off youngsters Martial and Shaw

ESPN FC's Man United expert Mark Ogden discusses the likelihood that Toby Alderweireld, Fred and Alex Sandro move to Old Trafford this summer.
The ESPN FC panel rate the success of Jose Mourinho's time at Manchester United and discuss his relationship with Paul Pogba.

"Next season, I think we are going to get some players," Jose Mourinho said in December, "and we are going to lose some players. It is normal that this is going to happen."

In simple terms, the Manchester United manager needs to make room for more of the players he wants.

There is unlikely to be a fan revolt if Mourinho recommends it is time for the likes of Matteo Darmian and Daley Blind to move on. With nine Premier League starts between them last season and both 28 years old, it will not be...
