Lille striker Ronny Rodelin signs three-year deal with Caen

Ronny Rodelin impressed out on loan.

Forward Ronny Rodelin has signed for Caen from Ligue 1 rivals Lille.

The Frenchman, who was born on the island of La Reunion, scored 10 goals while on loan last season and was contracted at Lille until the end of the 2016-17 season. But he has signed a three-year contract at Caen and has been given the No. 12 shirt.

Eder scored in extra time as Portugal claimed Euro 2016 success.

Portugual forward Eder has said he is sorry for France after returning to the country just two weeks after scoring the winning goal in the Euro 2016 final.

Eder, 28, netted an extra-time winner as Portugal shocked the host country with a 1-0 victory at the Stade de France on July 10.

After a short break, the former Swansea forward arrived for preseason training at his club side Lille on Monday.

"I didn't have a lot of holidays but it's no big deal," he said in a video posted on Lille's website.

Lille's Sofiane Boufal says injury won't hinder summer transfer plans

Sofiane Boufal missed the end of last season through injury.

Morocco international Sofiane Boufal insists that a recent knee operation will not prevent him leaving Lille for a bigger club this summer.

Boufal, 22, has been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham after scoring 11 goals and picking up five assists in Ligue 1 last season.

The attacking midfielder's progress was halted in May, however, after he decided to undergo an operation to clear up a meniscus problem in his knee.

Djibril Sidibe has signed with Monaco despite a reported late push from Arsenal for the full-back.

The 23-year-old signed a five-year deal with Monaco after completing a move from Lille on Friday.

Earlier in the day, L'Equipe reported that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger had attempted to hijack Monaco's move for Sidibe with a €15 million counter-offer.
