New Lazio left-back Jordan Lukaku has said that one of the main reasons he moved to Italy was to improve the defensive side of his game.
Lukaku, 22, completed a switch from Belgian top-flight club KV Oostende last week in a deal said to be worth €5 million.
The younger brother of Everton striker Romelu, he was part of a Belgium defence that was cut apart by Wales in a 3-1 loss at the Euro 2016 quarterfinals.
Lukaku is hoping that a move to Serie A will help him become a better defender.
