Thai champions Muang Thong United have stepped up preparations for this year's AFC Champions League (ACL) campaign by signing veteran South Korean midfielder Lee Ho from Asian champions Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors.

OSAKA, Japan -- A brace from Silvio Romero saw Mexican side Club America set up a match with Real Madrid in the Club World Cup semifinals after coming from behind to beat South Korean team Jeonbuk Motors 2-1.

No South Korean club has won the FIFA Club World Cup and that run will continue as the AFC Champions League winners were knocked out despite going ahead through Kim Bo-Kyung in the first half.
