Teams new to Europe this year could find tournament payouts held for FFP

UEFA have confirmed that the money collected through Financial Fair Play fines will be distributed among other major European teams.

Last spring, UEFA's first season of Financial Fair Play resulted in nine clubs -- most notably Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Zenit St. Petersburg -- reaching settlements with the Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) after being found in breach of the break-even requirement (no more than 45 million euros ($57.7 million) in losses during the 2011-12 and 2012-13 seasons).

Inter Milan extend unbeaten run after drawing with Palermo

Nemanja Vidic's error allowed Franco Vazquez to put Palermo ahead in the third minute.

F.C. Internazionale kept their unbeaten start to the season intact after drawing 1-1 at Palermo.

Inter's season-long shutout streak lasted all of three minutes when Franco Vazquez stole the ball from Nemanja Vidic and scored from a tight angle. It was a bad mistake from Vidic, who has struggled so far in adapting to Serie A, while Samir Handanovic could have dealt with the shot better.

Vazguez's goal ended an impressive 453 minutes without a goal conceded that Handanovic had put together to start...

Inter Milan lost ground on the leaders in Serie A by being held to a 1-1 draw at Palermo on Sunday evening.

Franco Vazquez put the Rosaneri ahead in the third minute with Mateo Kovacic levelling three minutes before half-time.

Nemanja Vidic was denied his first goal for Inter by an offside flag, which was raised again to deny Mauro Icardi.

Palermo also had a goal disallowed, with Andrea Belotti unable to celebrate a goal which would have earned the Sicilians all three points.

Inter Milan secured three valuable away points in Ukraine with a 1-0 victory over host Dnipro.

Danilo D'Ambrosio's second-half goal earned Inter Milan a 1-0 triumph over 10-man Dnipro in their Europa League opener on Thursday in Ukraine.

The Italian midfielder struck in the 71st minute, shortly after the hosts had lost midfielder Ruslan Rotan to a second yellow card.

The Nerazzurri held on for victory in their 350th appearance in Europe at Kiev's NSK Olimpiyskiy stadium.

The Serie A side has never fallen to a Ukrainian club.
