Braintree boss left to decry 'worst thing in football' after Guiseley goal

Braintree manager Dan Cowley was left fuming over "the worst thing in football" following Saturday's feisty National League encounter with Guiseley AFC.

Grimsby's six-game winning streak in the Vanarama National League came to an end after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Guiseley at Blundell Park.

Guiseley took the lead five minutes before the break when Ollie Norburn lashed in an excellent effort from 20 yards - the first goal Town had conceded in 484 minutes of league play.
