Sean Crighton and Connor Pepper come back into the reckoning for Morton ahead of the visit of Peterhead.

Crighton and Pepper are available again after serving suspensions. Thomas O'Ware could also be back in the squad on Saturday - if he passes a fitness test. Groin injuries will keep Nicolas Caraux and Reece Hands on the sidelines though.

Cappielow manager Jim Duffy is looking for his men to put in a 90-minute performance in this game, as he explained: "Last week against Brechin we were poor for the...

Declan McManus's 90th-minute penalty secured Morton an unlikely point as they drew 2-2 with Brechin in League One.

The visitors were ahead inside 10 minutes when striker Andrew Jackson found the bottom corner following Kyle McAusland's teasing cross.

Jamie Masson doubled Brechin's advantage shortly afterwards with a clinical strike from another McAusland assist.

Morton grabbed themselves a lifeline in the 64th minute when midfielder Jamie McCluskey latched on to Jon Scullion's excellent pass.

And McManus...

Two goals from Craig Malcolm saw Stranraer end their horrendous run against Morton with a 2-0 win.

The last four meetings between the sides had all ended in Morton wins with an aggregate score of 25-4, but Malcolm struck twice as the Blues moved above their opponents who had topped the table at the start of play.

The visitors, who were knocked out of the Scottish Cup by Spartans last weekend, ended the game with nine men after Sean Crighton was shown a second yellow for a foul on Malcolm before Conor...

Jack Beesley's late strike secured a shock 2-1 win for Spartans against 10-man Morton in the Scottish Cup.

The visitors came close to taking an early lead but for a fine save from Kevin Swain to deny Joe McKee at close range.

And McKee squandered another chance shortly before the Ton took the lead on 25 minutes when Andrew Barrowman tucked the ball home following some good work by Mark Russell.

But they were pegged back on 71 minutes when Willie Bremner drilled a low finish into the corner.

They were...

Morton stretched their winning run to four games to remain at the summit of Scottish League Two with a 3-1 victory over Stenhousemuir.

Lee Kilday's first-half brace and a Stefan McCluskey goal ensured the home side claimed yet another three points despite losing goalkeeper Derek Gaston through injury.

After some early pressure, Morton took the lead after quarter of an hour through Kilday's left-foot shot fired into the top left corner past Stenhousemuir keeper Greg Fleming.

He added his second 20 minutes...
