Barcelona and Arsenal recognised by ECA for outstanding achievements

The ESPN FC panel discuss Neymar's role with Brazil, where Steve Nicol believes he's too young and immature to be a captain.

Barcelona and Arsenal were among four clubs honoured by the European Club Association (ECA) on Monday.

The ECA Awards, which were introduced in 2010, recognise "outstanding club performances, encouraging best practice and highlighting successful club management."
