Simon Murray hit a hat-trick as Arbroath cut loose in a 5-1 win over 10-man East Fife.

Ross Campbell's dismissal early in the second half changed the course of the game and meant that Arbroath went on to a fourth win in a row thanks to Murray's second treble of the season.

He gave the visitors the lead in the 10th minute when he latched on to Jordon Lowton's pass before rounding the goalkeeper and finishing coolly.

Craig Johnstone conceded a penalty shortly afterwards, allowing Jon McShane to level...

Clyde reacted to going behind early as they eventually beat East Fife 3-1.

Nathan Austin headed the Fifers in front inside four minutes following a floated corner from the right by Scott Smith.

It took a long time for them to find their rhythm, but Brian McQueen turned proceedings 10 minutes after the break, heading home strongly after a cross by Scott Ferguson.

McQueen turned provider midway through the second half, setting up Euan Smith to side foot into the net with panache.

The matter was put beyond...

Annan continued their fine run of home form with a last-gasp 2-1 win over East Fife which ended the visitors' five-match unbeaten run in Scottish League Two.

In the final minute of normal time, the visitors had Gary Naysmith sent off for fouling David Hopkirk in the area and replacement Scott Davidson smashed the resulting penalty into the top corner.

After a tight first half, the Galabankies edged ahead five minutes into the second period when Kieran Brannan's cross was headed in at the near post...

Jon McShane's 90th-minute penalty secured East Fife a 3-0 win over Montrose at New Bayview.

At the start of play, the Fifers had only won two of their last 10 matches in Scottish League Two and the win helped them retain fourth place.

Bryan Deasley could have put the visitors into the lead with a great chance inside the penalty area, but squandered his chance, hitting it high over the bar. Ross Campbell put Gary Naysmith's men in front, as he neatly dispatched Kevin Smith's low pass, and Smith doubled...

David Greenhill rescued a point for East Stirling as they were held to a 1-1 draw by East Fife at Ochilview Park.

Chances were at a premium in a poor first half with neither side able to create many genuine opportunities on goal.

Lloyd Kinnaird had one early chance for the hosts but could not find a way past Allan Fleming who made a fine diving save to deny him.

And Fleming had to be alert shortly before the break, again doing well to keep out a long-range effort from Luke Donnelly.

The visitors took...
