Kilmarnock recorded their first victory in four games with a 2-0 Ladbrokes Premiership win against Dundee.

Goals either side of the break from Rory McKenzie and Souleymane Coulibaly gave Lee Clark's men all three points.

The home side were in control for the majority of the match with a dominant and energetic display against a Dundee team that struggled to get out of first gear.

The game came to life after nine minutes when Cammy Kerr fouled Kilmarnock winger Jordan Jones with a strong sliding challenge...

Dundee moved off the foot of the Ladbrokes Premiership table with a well-deserved 2-1 win over 10-man Inverness at Dens Park.

Paul Hartley's side also leapfrogged their lacklustre Highland visitors thanks to goals in either half from striker Craig Wighton and defender Kostadin Gadzhalov.

Wighton put the hosts ahead with a fine 25th-minute finish and Gadzhalov headed them further ahead after 60 minutes, prior to Carl Tremarco's late header giving the visitors some hope until Lewis Horner's stoppage-time...

Rangers midfielder Harry Forrester again proved a thorn in Dundee's side with an injury-time headed winner at Ibrox.

Forrester netted his third goal in as many games against the Tayside club to secure a 1-0 victory.

Rangers had endured a frustrating 90 minutes as Dundee became increasingly assured in their defensive play after their hosts failed to capitalise on a lively start.

The visitors also created some decent chances, Tom Hateley having two free-kicks saved and Marcus Haber missing a free header.

Motherwell manager Mark McGhee felt John Beaton cost his team the chance of victory at Dens Park for a second successive season after the referee and his assistant failed to spot an opening goal for the visitors.

Dundee goalkeeper David Mitchell stumbled over his goal-line as he caught Scott McDonald's 21st-minute cross - but neither Beaton nor assistant referee Ross Haswell signalled for a goal.

Mitchell's whole body was inside the goal and Motherwell went on to suffer more misery as the outstanding...

Paul McGowan came back to haunt his old club as Dundee grabbed their first win in 11 games against an uncharacteristically poor Hamilton side.

McGowan, who was on loan at New Douglas Park in his Celtic days struck on 61 minutes, driving a Kevin Holt cross past Gary Woods from 12 yards.

It was no more than the Dark Blues deserved, in a game they dominated.

The win also pulls Dundee to within a point of second-bottom Ross County. It was a first defeat in five for Accies.

Hamilton started really well and...
