Dundee United have signed midfielder Rodney Sneijder, the brother of Galatasaray midfielder Wesley, on a two-year deal.

Nadir Ciftci signs for Celtic from Dundee United

Nadir Ciftci is the third player to move from Tannadice to Parkhead this year.

Celtic have confirmed the signing of Dundee United striker Nadir Ciftci on a four-year contract.

Celtic had a third bid for the Ciftci, 23, accepted earlier this week and he will now be free to play in their Champions League opener against Stjarnan next Wednesday.

Ciftci, the third player to move from Tannadice to Parkhead this year after Gary Mackay-Steven and Stuart Armstrong, netted 33 goals in two seasons at United following his move from NAC Breda.

Nadir Ciftci is expected to complete a move to Scottish champions Celtic.

Celtic are closing in on the signings of Dundee United striker Nadir Ciftci and Belgian goalkeeper Logan Bailly.

Dundee United have accepted an undisclosed bid for the Dutch-born striker, while Bailly has arrived in Glasgow to conclude a move.
