Midfielder Luke Berry struck all four goals as Cambridge blew away League One Coventry 4-0 in the FA Cup.

Fresh from scoring twice in the second half last week, Berry gave the U's the perfect start by prodding home George Maris' superb cross from the left in the seventh minute.

He doubled the lead on 29 minutes, sending Lee Burge the wrong way from the penalty spot after he was pulled down by Cian Harries.

Berry completed his treble seven minutes before half-time, drilling a fine finish across Burge...

A brace from Ed Upson saw MK Dons grab their first Sky Bet League One win in almost two months, a 2-1 victory at 10-man Coventry.

The Sky Blues dominated the first half and had a series of chances to grab the opening goal.

Ben Stevenson steered a ninth-minute effort just wide, while a 14th-minute effort by Gael Bigirimana sailed inches over the bar after some good link-up play with Marcus Tudgay.

There was a lack of quality in the final third, up until the 34th minute when Upson headed a Dean Lewington...

Zach Clough netted his sixth goal in eight games but high flying Bolton were made to work hard for their 1-0 League One win over Coventry at the Macron Stadium.

Clough's 11th minute lob gave Wanderers a perfect start and the visitors were then indebted to Lee Burge for keeping them in the contest.

The City keeper saved from Gary Madine, Josh Vela and Clough on a night when former player and coach, Gary Speed, was honoured with a minute's applause by Wanderers fans.

But if Burge excelled in the opening...

Oxford United ended a run of four league games without a win with a scintillating first-half performance as they crushed Coventry 4-1.

Striker Kane Hemmings scored one and made one, and he might have had a hat-trick, as Sky Blues keeper Lee Burge had to work overtime to keep the total down.

Hemmings fired the U's in front on seven minutes, a simple side-footed finish from 18 yards after a mix-up from Coventry's centre-backs.

Burge had made two smart stops even before then.

The keeper showed good reactions...

Two goals from Marvin Sordell ensured Coventry progressed into the FA Cup second round with a 2-1 victory over Morecambe.

The home side had to come from behind against a determined Morecambe team who, despite their off-field problems, began the game with a spring in their step.

After a bright start, the Shrimps went ahead in the 10th minute when captain Dean Winnard turned home a Michael Rose free-kick from six yards.

The opening goal sparked Coventry in to life, with Sordell, Gael Bigirimana and Jodi...
