MILAN -- Francesco Totti converted a penalty deep into stoppage time to send Roma through to the Coppa Italia semifinal against city rival Lazio with a narrow 2-1 win over second-division Cesena on Wednesday.

The 40-year-old forward scored in the seventh minute of added time after Cesena goalkeeper Federico Agliardi was harshly adjudged to have fouled Kevin Strootman.

ROME -- Lazio substitutes Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Ciro Immobile secured a 4-2 win over Genoa in the Coppa Italia on Wednesday and a quarterfinal against Inter Milan.

Lazio appeared to be in control after half an hour following goals from Filip Djordjevic and Wesley Hoedt.

Felipe Anderson had also seen his weak penalty saved by Genoa goalkeeper Eugenio Lamanna after Lucas Orban tripped Djordjevic.

Michael Agazzi has found a new club in Cesena.

AC Milan goalkeeper Michael Agazzi has joined Serie B side Cesena.

The 32-year-old stopper, who spent last season on loan at Middlesbrough, reached an agreement with Cesena.

He has already trained with his new teammates on Monday afternoon.

Cesena cruised to a 4-1 win at fellow Serie B side Catania on Thursday to complete the third round of the Coppa Italia.

A Loris Bacchetti own goal gave the visitors the lead on 23 minutes, but Juan Ramos was able to equalise just before half-time.
