Chile international Mauricio Isla has completed a permanent move to Cagliari.

Serie A newcomers Cagliari have signed defender Mauricio Isla from Juventus on a three-year deal.

Cagliari have snapped up veteran striker Marco Borriello on a free transfer.

The 34-year-old, capped seven times by Italy, has been a free agent since leaving Atalanta at the end of last season.

Simone Padoin leaves Juventus to sign with Cagliari

Simone Padoin has moved to Cagliari in search of first-team football.

Simone Padoin has signed for Cagliari after more than four years of playing a supporting role for Juventus.

The 32-year-old midfielder was a part of five Serie A winning squads during his time in Turin, which began in January 2012 when he left Atalanta, but he made only 84 league appearances for Juve.

Top-flight newcomers Cagliari have now given him an opportunity to play more regular football by handing him a three-year contract at the Stadio Sant'Elia.
