Nicolas Benezet completed Caen's comeback with a winner three minutes from time.

Caen produced a brilliant late comeback from two goals down to stun Marseille 3-2 at the Stade Velodrome in Ligue 1 on Friday evening.

Andre Ayew put OM ahead on the stroke of half-time -- after Michy Batshuayi had seen an early penalty saved -- and substitute Andre-Pierre Gignac looked to have made the result safe when he doubled their advantage in the 63rd minute.

But two goals in four minutes from Nicolas Seube and Emiliano Sala swiftly got the visitors back on level terms and substitute Nicolas...

Caen kept up their recent fine form in Ligue 1 as a brace of goals from Emiliano Sala helped them to a 4-1 victory against Lens at the Stade Michel d'Ornano.

Julien Feret gave the hosts a seventh-minute lead, Sala doubled their advantage in the 35th minute before Herve Bazile capped off a fine first-half display with a third one minute later.

Alharbi El Jadeyaoui pulled a goal back for Lens on the stroke of half-time but Sala scored his second and Caen's fourth 15 minutes from time to secure a fifth...

The reigning champions would have leapfrogged both Lyon and Marseille to go top with victory over 14th-placed Caen and first-half goals from Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Ezequiel Lavezzi put them on track.

But they could not see out the full 90 minutes without conceding at the Parc des Princes as last-gasp goals from Emiliano Sala and substitute Herve Bazile extended Caen's unbeaten...

Caen continued their fine recent form with a 2-0 victory over Toulouse at the Stade Michel d'Ornano on Saturday.

Sloan Provat gave Caen a 17th-minute lead and Julien Feret doubled their advantage when he converted a 72nd-minute penalty to earn his side all three points.

The victory was Caen's fourth successive in Ligue 1 and the three-point haul saw them move above Toulouse into 14th place in the standings.

Toulouse, who have won only one of their last eight league matches, are now just one place and...
