Bristol City sign Senegal's Famara Diedhiou in club record deal

Bristol City have broken their transfer record to sign Senegal international Famara Diedhiou from Angers.

The Championship side have parted with a reported £5.3 million to sign the 24-year-old, whose arrival smashes the £3.25 million the Robins paid to sign Ivory Coast hitman Jonathan Kodjia -- also from Angers -- in the summer of 2015.

Diedhiou scored nine goals in 36 top flight outings in Ligue 1 last season, having joined the Breton outfit for £1.36 million a year ago. He previously...

Bristol City on-loan striker Tammy Abraham says he is still in the dark over his Chelsea future as he prepares to return to Stamford Bridge.

Abraham's loan at Championship club City ends on Sunday, with speculation growing over where he will play next season.
