Roma confirm Mattia Destro sale to Bologna for €6.5m plus add-ons

Mattia Destro will join Bologna for the upcoming Serie A season after the club agreed a fee for his purchase with Roma.

Roma have sold striker Mattia Destro to Bologna for €6.5 million, with the fee potentially going as high as €11.5m with add-ons.

Defender Gyorgy Garics signs for Bundesliga newcomers Darmstadt

Gyorgy Garics has joined Darmstadt from Bologna.

DARMSTADT, Germany -- Promoted Darmstadt have signed Austria international defender Gyorgy Garics, one day before the club mark their return to the Bundesliga after 33 years.

Garics joins from Bologna, where he played for the past five seasons. He has been in Italy since 2006.

"With nearly 200 top-flight games in Italy, Gyorgy Garics has just the experience and quality that we need in the Bundesliga. We are very glad to have him as another defender in our team."
