Teenage striker Bright Enobakhare made a dream debut by scoring for Wolves in a 2-1 Capital One Cup success against Barnet at Molineux.

Enobakhare, 17, who was handed a two-year professional deal last month, fired Wolves into the lead after just three minutes.

Wolves doubled their advantage in the 58th minute through another exciting teenager, 18-year-old on-loan Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo who scored his first goal for the club.

Barnet spent much of the game on the defensive with goalkeeper Jamie Stephens...

Lee Brown's second-minute strike set Bristol Rovers on course for a 3-1 League Two win over Barnet, who pipped them to the Conference title last season.

The wing-back let fly from fully 30 yards when Chris Lines played a right-wing corner into his path and the low drive flew through a crowded box to beat Graham Stack.

Jermaine Easter doubled the advantage after 77 minutes, shooting home from eight yards after a Matt Taylor effort had been blocked.

But skipper Curtis Weston gave Barnet hope five minutes...

John Akinde scored twice as Barnet picked up their first Sky Bet League Two points of the season with a 2-0 victory over 10-man Northampton.

The striker opened the scoring with a 64th-minute penalty after Town defender Jason Taylor saw red for bringing him down when through on goal, before slotting home in the final minute to seal the win and end the visitors' 100 per cent start to the season.

Bees goalkeeper Graham Stack had to be alert early on to turn away Lawson D'Ath's cross-shot from the left...

Garry Thompson's first Wycombe goals earned his new side a 2-0 win over Barnet in the first Football League game at The Hive.

The forward, a summer signing from Notts County, lashed home early in the second half before bagging an injury-time penalty to ruin the Bees' first Sky Bet League Two game since leaving Underhill in 2013.

Barnet striker John Akinde had the game's first chance but lifted his sixth-minute shot narrowly wide after racing clear from Bondz N'Gala's ball forward before Wycombe winger...

Barnet striker Matt Stevens target of Man United, Man City - sources

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini says his side are still looking to strengthen their squad during the transfer window but remained tight-lipped on speculation linking the club with Wolfsburg's Kevin De Bruyne.

Manchester United and Manchester City are keeping tabs on Barnet striker Matt Stevens, sources have told ESPN FC.

Stevens has attracted the interest of a number of Premier League clubs following his goal scoring exploits for Barnet last season, when they earned promotion to League Two.

The 17-year-old free-scoring forward scored more than 50 goals for Barnet's under-18 side last season and he became Barnet's youngest-ever player when he came off the bench in the Conference clash against Alfreton...
