Stephan El Shaarawy says he has not given up on finishing top of Serie A with Roma.

While the eyes of the world will understandably be on Saturday night's huge Serie A title clash between Juventus and Napoli, another battle will be coming to a head just below them. As they prepare to travel to second-from-bottom Carpi on Friday night, Roma find themselves right in the thick of it.

Luciano Spalletti's return to Roma means the Italian side should not be underestimated by Real Madrid in the Champions League, according to Fabio Capello.

Roma are back in contention for the top three in Serie A following Sunday's win over Sampdoria.
