Martin McNiff's stoppage-time header clinched Annan a 2-1 home victory against play-off chasing East Fife and their first win in four matches.

Defender McNiff headed home Steven Black's cross in the first minute of time added on to snatch Annan only their second win in nine games after Fifers striker Nathan Austin had cancelled out Ryan McStay's early opener.

McStay gave the home side a flying start when he lashed home a loose ball in the penalty area after East Fife's defence had failed to clear in...

Queen's Park kept the title race alive in Scottish League Two by beating Annan 2-0 at Hampden Park.

The Spiders won for the first time in four games to close the gap to leaders Albion to five points with three games left.

Two goals in eight first-half minutes saw off Annan, who are now six points off a play-off place.

Paul Woods was fouled near the edge of the area in the 37th minute and Sean Burns stuck the resulting free-kick in the top corner of Alex Mitchell's goal.

And on the stroke of half-time...

Simon Murray's first goal of the year rescued a point for free-falling Arbroath as they drew 1-1 against Annan.

The Smokies are without a win in 15 games and struggled early on before Kenneth Mackay put the visitors ahead, but Murray's first goal since December ensured the spoils were shared.

Annan should have taken the lead earlier after dominating the first half, Stuart McColm and Mackay had good chances, with the former hitting a post after half an hour.

Robert Linn had a header saved early in the...

Jamie Pollock's late goal secured a surprise 1-0 win for lowly Clyde at play-off hopefuls Annan.

Pollock latched onto Brian McQueen's pass and crashed in a superb finish to snatch the points with three minutes remaining.

Annan's best chance arrived early in the first half when Peter Watson headed straight at visiting goalkeeper Alan Martin.

David Marsh could have fired Clyde into a first-half lead but he blazed over the bar from close range.

Athletic keeper Alex Mitchell was kept busy after the break,...

Two late goals from Peter Weatherson earned Annan a dramatic 3-2 victory over East Stirling.

Steven Swinglehurst gave the hosts the lead with just two minutes on the clock when he headed in a free-kick from Andrew Mitchell.

But East Stirling hauled themselves level four minutes before half-time as David McKenna swept in David Greenhill's cross.

Greenhill was the provider again nine minutes into the second half with the cross which Christopher Townsley nodded home to put the visitors ahead.

But Weatherson...
