New Shanghai SIPG coach Vitor Pereira set his sights on the club's first Chinese Super League title after taking over from Andre Villas-Boas.
Pereira, who also succeeded Villas-Boas at Porto in 2011, was officially appointed on Tuesday and said: "I want to thank SIPG for putting their trust in me.
"For me, it's a challenge to coach such an ambitious club.
"This is a top challenge. The Chinese Super League is a league with huge potential, with so many top coaches and big name players gathering here.
