Chelsea's Kenedy attracting interest from Bayern, PSG, Arsenal - sources

LONDON -- Out-of-favour Chelsea winger Kenedy is attracting interest from Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal as he prepares to make a decision on his future this summer, sources have confirmed to ESPN FC.

Kenedy joined Newcastle on loan in January after finding himself out of Antonio Conte's first-team plans at Stamford Bridge, and his impressive form -- two goals and two assists in eight Premier League appearances -- has put him on the radar of several of Europe's biggest clubs.

No formal offers have yet been made but the 22-year-old's suitors have asked to be kept informed of his situation ahead of what is set to be a summer of significant change for Chelsea.

Kenedy is resolved to leave on a permanent basis if Conte remains in charge but that is very unlikely to be an issue. Despite his repeated insistence that he is determined to see out his contract, Conte and Chelsea are widely expected to part ways at the end of the season.

Chelsea are attempting to tie Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois to new long-term deals in an attempt to fend off serious interest from Real Madrid, and the club also know they will need to be active in the summer transfer window after a season which is highly likely to end in failure to qualify for the Champions League.

The imminent Chelsea rebuild will be partly funded by player sales and Kenedy is a prime candidate to be offloaded if a significant market develops for him.

Kenedy joined Chelsea from Fluminense in a deal worth around £6 million in the summer of 2015 and after initially struggling for opportunities under Jose Mourinho, he showed flashes of promise in Guus Hiddink's second spell as interim head coach.

But the Brazilian found himself marginalised this season after being sent home in disgrace from Chelsea's preseason tour of the Far East for making derogatory comments about China on social media, and the January signing of Emerson Palmieri has pushed him further down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.
