John Terry revels in Chelsea's Premier League title glory after win vs. Palace

Chelsea captain John Terry could not hide his elation after the Blues beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at Stamford Bridge to win the Premier League title.

Jose Mourinho's side went into the game needing victory to claim the title with three games to spare and Eden Hazard headed in the rebound after missing a first-half penalty to seal their first league title in five years.

"Unbelievable, we've worked so hard this year," the Blues skipper told Sky Sports 1.

"To get over the line today was a tough match, we were a little bit nervous but we got over the line and are champions."

Terry has played every minute of every Premier League game this season and ranked this league title triumph as being every bit as special as the three others he has won during his time at Stamford Bridge.

He added: "The first time is very special obviously, [but] when you go four or five years without winning it and you see teams [winning the league] and you've grafted all year and you get nothing it really hurts -- we're going to enjoy today."
